BE THE WOMAN WHO FIXES ANOTHER WOMAN’S CROWN
WITHOUT TELLING THE WORLD IT WAS CROOKED.

My love for psychology and mental health began in high school when I took an AP Psychology course my senior year. I have always been interested in human behavior and have always loved helping others. I’ve been fortunate enough to work in the mental health field since 2009, and have been in private practice since 2016.

I am passionate about helping others, specifically women, recognize their worth, and improve their self-esteem and self-love. WE take on A LOT. We wear many hats and carry out many roles simultaneously. Life can get pretty tough, pretty fast, and things can get pretty ugly. I am passionate about providing a safe space to help you through this challenging period of your life, and being a constant support and catalyst for your growth.

“Choosing Tameika as my therapist was one of the best things I ever did for myself.
I feel safe and heard with her but also challenged. She accepts me unconditionally
but also holds me accountable for reaching my goals. She worked on so much
with me and helped me through a dark time.”

Not long after becoming an entrepreneur did I realize that I also have a deep passion for the work and lifestyle of millennial therapists. We’re driven, creative, and take risks in the field. We deserve to indulge in self-care, to be empowered, to be encouraged, motivated, and celebrated. I created something just for us in 2018 - Therapist Code.

“Tameika is a wonderful therapist, with a very calm demeanor and a very real way
of looking at situations, I often told her that I wished we could be  neighbors,
because we would be good friends. She always made me feel that she "heard me"
and that she understood my goals. I liked her energy and her ideas.”
